• “Services” refers to the moving and storage services provided by Coral Gables Movers, including Local Moving, Long-Distance Moving, Commercial Moving, Residential Moving, and Storage.

2. Booking and Reservation

• A confirmed booking requires a completed reservation form and deposit payment (if applicable).
• Any changes to the reservation, such as time, date, or address, must be communicated at least [insert hours] hours in advance.
• Failure to provide correct or complete information during the booking may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Rates and Payment

• All rates are quoted based on the services requested and are subject to change if the scope of work changes.

6. Inventory and Valuables

• The customer agrees not to pack hazardous materials, including but not limited to explosives, flammable gases, or liquids.

8. Storage Services

• Storage services are provided at an additional cost. All items stored are subject to a separate storage agreement.
• The Company is not liable for damage to goods while in storage beyond what is stated in the storage agreement.

9. Limitations of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any damages or losses due to delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or acts of nature.
• The Company is not responsible for any consequential damages, such as loss of income or missed business opportunities, due to delays or damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [insert county], Florida.
